What is being provided
Dt. Rupali Singh provides nutrition assessment, personalised diet planning and dietary counselling, delivered online across India and as home visits in selected areas of Patna. This is not a walk-in clinic; consultations are by prior appointment.
Nutrition services support medical care. They do not replace it, and nothing provided here is a diagnosis, a prescription or a course of medical treatment.
What is expected of you
So that a plan is safe and useful, you agree to:
- Give accurate information about your health, medical conditions and current medication
- Share relevant test reports where you have them
- Tell your treating doctor that you are following a dietary plan, particularly where you are being treated for diabetes, kidney disease, thyroid disorder, heart disease or pregnancy
- Report any adverse reaction or new symptom promptly
- Not change prescribed medication on the basis of dietary advice
Results
Plans are built around your condition, your routine and the food you already eat. How a body responds depends on adherence, medical history, medication and factors outside anyone's control. No specific result, rate of weight change or clinical outcome is guaranteed, and any figure quoted anywhere on this site is an indication based on individual needs rather than a promise.
Appointments, fees and cancellation
Programme fees are those shown on this website or quoted to you at the time of booking. Fees are payable in advance of the service unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking. If you need to change an appointment, say so as early as you reasonably can.
Diet plans and intellectual property
All material on this website — text, images, plans and documents — belongs to Dt. Rupali Singh unless stated otherwise.
A diet plan prepared for you is licensed for your personal use only. You may not republish it, sell it, share it as your own, or distribute it to others. Plans are individual: one written for you may be unsuitable, or unsafe, for someone else.
Use of this website
You may read, save and print material here for your own personal use. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Where this site links to another website, that site's content is outside this practice's control and the link is not an endorsement of everything on it.
Limitation of liability
This website's content is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Dt. Rupali Singh is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general information published here, from use of this website, or from failure to follow a plan as agreed or to disclose relevant medical information.
